En tant que Sales Manager Corporate (H/F) vous serez responsable de la gestion et du dveloppement du portefeuille de clients corporate.
MISSIONS
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients corporate dvelopper des relations solides avec les clients existants.
- Assurer un suivi personnalis et rgulier des comptes clients rpondre leurs besoins et anticiper leurs attentes.
- laborer et mettre en uvre des stratgies de vente efficaces pour atteindre et dpasser les objectifs de vente.
- Ngocier et conclure des accords commerciaux en veillant la satisfaction du client et la rentabilit de lhtel.
- Suivre et analyser les performances de vente prparer des rapports rguliers pour la direction.
- Travailler en troite collaboration avec les autres dpartements (rception restauration vnements) pour garantir une exprience client exceptionnelle.
- Reprsenter lhtel lors des salons confrences et vnements professionnels pour promouvoir le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire dans lhtellerie de luxe.
- Excellentes comptences en communication et ngociation capacit travailler en quipe et grer plusieurs tches simultanment.
- Matrise du franais et de langlais obligatoire. La connaissance dune autre langue est un atout.
- Sens du service orientation rsultats autonomie rigueur et proactivit.
