If you are ready to actively contribute to the growth of a Global consumer Brand, Native Union is looking for an energetic and results-driven **B2B/Corporate Sales Manager **to spearhead our B2B sales efforts, focusing on promoting Native Union's Corporate gifting and equipment solutions.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships with corporate clients. You will leverage your expertise in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and market analysis to capitalize on opportunities and drive business success.
This role is for a proactive leader with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences, working with high-quality products you and your customers will be proud to use on a daily basis
**The role and its scope**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets, focusing on gifting and equipment solutions.
- Generating qualified leads through different channels (prospecting, networking) and scheduling meetings with the decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Native Union products and services.
- Understanding client needs and presenting them the appropriate product solution to meet those needs and then preparing quotation, negotiating and closing the deal.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and prospects, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure end-to-end co-ordination of project management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
**In this role, you will need to
- Have a strong understanding of corporate sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving both excellent service and sales targets.
- Be a great communicator. Determined to grow our customer base and passionate about our products as well, this combination will mean you can engage with and influence multiple stakeholders in an inspiring way in order to drive sales.
**What you’ll bring to us**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG, Luxury, Fashion & Lifestyle industries.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, easy-going, open minded and able to build a bond with people in an instant.
- Added advantage for someone experienced in corporate gifting.
