Hisense France is recruiting an HVAC Marketing Manager to develop its HVAC business in France.
Directly reported to Air Conditioner Product Line Manager, the HVAC Marketing Manager be responsible for market analysis, product and brand marketing, and sales of HVAC business in the French market with bellowing missions:
1. Market Insights :
Acquire in-depth knowledge of market information and development trends, including regional market segmentation,evolving trends, industry segmentation, user preferences, and customer/competitor insights through market research and customer visits.
Develop a comprehensive market map and product map, identifying opportunities for product marketing and ensuring their acceptance and implementation.
Identify typical usage scenarios of customers/users, understand their usage habits ; gather feedback on products, and stay informed about competitor product information dynamics in a timely manner.
2. Sales support:
Maintain good communication with current customers, grasp customer needs, and explore potential opportunities.
3. Product and Brand Marketing :
Collaborate with marketing department on marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, and other sales enablement tools, develop content for online and offline channels.
Provide training and support to customer on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Develop training materials and conduct product training sessions as needed.
Organized key marketing activities, such as exposition, new product launch, customers conferences.
Capability requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Proven experience at least 5 years in HVAC industry, deep knowledge of HVAC products and market
Excellente communication and presentation skills both in French and Englishis required
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Open minded, Patient and Optimistic
Good teamwork and communication skills
Availability to travel on needed
Starting period: ASAP
