Dans le cadre de sa croissance rapide et afin de renforcer son équipe Management Consulting, Synvance recrute un profil Senior Manager Retail ayant une expérience de 10 ans acquise directement chez le client ou au sein d’un cabinet de conseil généraliste ou spécialisé dans les secteurs de la Grande Distribution, la Distribution Spécialisée, le Fashion et le Luxe.
Votre rôle et vos missions ?
Vous interviendrez auprès des directions opérationnelles et DSI sur des missions d’accompagnement et/ou de transformation :
- Pilotage de programme de transformation : cadrage stratégique à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, workshops, interviews, recommandations, plannings, étapes de validation,
- Gestion de comptes clients : pilotage des équipes en place chez le client, pilotage du delivery des missions, suivi administratif et relation commerciale client
- Activités de coordination des acteurs du projet : suivi d’avancement, élaboration et mise à jour du planning projet, préparation des comités de pilotage
- Optimisation des achats / offres de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
- Optimisation de la logique cross canal
- Participation aux projets digitaux, accompagnement du changement, etc.
- Réponses aux appels d’offres / pitch clients
- Développement d’offres client
- Coaching des consultants
