Synology France operates sales, marketing and technical support within the South EMEA, Benelux and Africa.
We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join our Admin team that plays an essential role to guarantee HR policies and compliance and support the business and employees by providing a full range of support and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with management to implement and improve HR strategies and operations, managing HR administration and employee lifecycle from hire to retire, taking in charge recruitments, acting as an HR business partner to employees and managers, and bringing their expertise to different company’s projects.
This role will report to the Managing Director, and will be based in our Paris la Défense office.
Responsibilities:
- Handling HR administration (contracts, amendments, medical appointments, employee files…)
- Launching and supervising recruitments
- Managing payroll (provided by external accountant)
- Managing trainings and apprenticeships, partnering with OPCO
- Implementing and improving HR processes and supervising their compliance
- Working on various HR projects: employer branding, CSR, work council…
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR/Management, and at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English.
- Well-organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, strong communication and a true team-player
Salary range: 50K - 70K EUR annual depending on profile
