Poste : Missions :

* Vous avez la responsabilité des cotons à démaquiller et des cotons bébé, afin de recommander et développer les plans d'action de la marque en France, en Italie et en Belgique en accord avec la stratégie internationale,
* Vous recommandez le plan marketing annuel et mettez en uvre les activités marketing comme les plans de soutien ou les activités de communication, incluant les activités digitales, en collaboration avec les autres intervenants internes ou externes (agences, l'équipe media et digital, l'équipe Beauty Care européenne, l'équipe customer marketing) ; vous gérez le budget marketing alloué et recommandez son allocation suivant les différentes activités marketing (media, promotion...) et participez à l'élaboration des prévisions de vente,
* Vous assurez l'interface avec les Services Customer Marketing, les équipes commerciales et logistiques, les usines, la logistique... afin de piloter les recommandations et la mise en oeuvre des lancements de nouveaux produits,
* Vous recherchez toute opportunité d'amélioration du P&L de la catégorie pour créer de la croissance profitable,
* Vous assurez la collecte, l'analyse et le partage avec les autres services d'informations sur les performances, produits, les activités de la concurrence et les insights consommateurs ou clients ; vous avez la responsabilité de recruter et d'encadrer un/une stagiaire dans l'équipe.
Profil : * Diplôme universitaire en marketing ou école de commerce,
* Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en marketing dans une entreprise de grande consommation,
* Autonomie, capacité d'analyse, leadership, force de conviction,
* Un bon relationnel et de solides capacités de communication vous aideront dans votre collaboration avec les équipes transversales,
* D'un naturel curieux, vous êtes force de proposition et proactif dans vos recommandations,
* Vous maîtrisez les panels (Kantar et Nielsen),
* Vous avez un niveau courant en français et en anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral), l'italien est un plus.
