Luxe Talent, cabinet de recrutement international, est à la recherche d'un Regional Sales Manager H/F dans la région Ile-de-France pour une enseigne internationale de Retail à l'univers Décoration Premium. Description du poste : Rattaché(e) au Country Manager France, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans le déploiement commercial de la marque : - Développer et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie de croissance de votre région commerciale en collaboration avec le/la Country Manager. - Élaborer des prévisions saisonnières de ventes et de produits pour votre secteur. - Présenter les nouvelles collections aux clients existants et potentiels. - Assurer des visites régulières et maintenir une communication fluide avec les détaillants et acheteurs. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service client pour garantir une gestion optimale des demandes, commandes et livraisons. - Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et développer stratégiquement votre zone de vente. - Participer aux showrooms professionnels nationaux. - Apporter votre soutien lors des événements de lancement saisonniers dans votre pays. - Faire preuve de sens commercial afin de prendre des décisions alignées avec l'univers de la marque. - Fournir un reporting hebdomadaire sur les rendez-vous clés, les opportunités business et la progression des ventes. - Garantir que la marque soit représentée dans les points de vente cohérents avec son positionnement premium et luxe.- Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie sur un poste de Executive Sales Manager dans l'univers du Retail premium/luxe, en Region parisienne (obligatoire). - Autonome, motivé(e), polyvalent(e), rigoreux(se) et organisé(e) vous savez fidéliser votre clientèle. - Vous disposez d'un réseau existant dans le secteur de la vente au détail lifestyle parisien et d'un accès à un réseau d'acheteurs. - La suivi des chiffres et la satisfaction du client est votre priorité. - Vous êtes bilingue français/anglais (obligatoire), la maîtrise d'une langue supplémentaire est plus.
