We are seeking a talented PR & Communications Director to play a key role in shaping our brand's image and driving awareness ahead of our launch. This position offers an opportunity to become a valued partner in our startup journey through equity compensation.
Role Overview:
As the PR & Communications Director at Feuas, you will lead our public relations and communications strategies, leveraging your expertise in the fashion and beauty industry to cultivate relationships with top-tier publications, influencers, and celebrities. You will collaborate closely with our founder and creative director to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end fashion publications, editors, and journalists to secure media coverage and press placements.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and celebrities to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of press events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and editorial pitches to generate media interest and coverage.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PR & Communications Director or similar role within the fashion, beauty, or luxury consumer goods industry.
- Strong network of contacts in high-end fashion publications and media outlets.
- Track record of successful media placements and PR campaigns that have contributed to brand growth and visibility.
- Experience working with influencers, celebrities, and industry tastemakers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for storytelling and messaging.
- Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize innovative PR strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborative team player with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
Compensation:
This role is offered on an equity only compensation basis, with a 5% equity stake in the business. We believe in rewarding our key team members with ownership in our success and growth.
Location:
The position is part-time and can be performed remotely, with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings and events.
