ABOUT THE JOB
In the context of a maternity leave cover, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager, who will report directly to our Global E-Commerce Director, and will be responsible for managing and growing our online activity, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce site, and implementing our digital strategy to achieve sales goals. You will lead a team of three full-time employees.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead ecommerce operations and performance
- Oversee operational management of the ecommerce site and follow up on site updates (content, promotions, product launches).
- Ensure technical maintenance in collaboration with the development team to maintain optimal site functionality.
- Optimize navigation and user experience to maximize conversions.
Oversee digital strategy and commercial activation
- Steer and execute the commercial plan and online promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and other marketing events.
- Analyze the performance of commercial actions to adjust strategies as needed.
Performance tracking and analysis
- Reporting of online DTC performance to management team and markets
- Use analytical tools (Google Analytics, CRM tools) to monitor key KPIs: conversion rate, average basket size, cart abandonment rate, etc.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports to evaluate results and recommend areas for improvement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- You are results-oriented and solution-focused.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO
- You have an academic background in digital marketing, commerce, or e-commerce.
- You have a proven experience of at least 3 years in e-commerce, ideally in the cosmetics sector.
- Management experience is required.
- You have an extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento), SEO, and analytics (Google Analytics, ContentSquare).
- You have strong analytical abilities and proficiency with e-commerce KPIs.
