Join an International and dynamic team playing a central role by leading Ecommerce strategy & steering overall Ecommerce performance for a set of countries. Your main missions would be to:

- Develop and execute a Digital Strategy & Action Plan to increase online sales for Ecommerce
- Monitor and Steer Ecommerce performance for set of countries, ensuring country targets are achieved with the support of the Country Ecommerce managers
- Lead transversal initiatives to grow direct channels Revenue & Profit

As International Ecommerce Manager, you main duties will be to:

- Develop and execute a Digital Strategy to** online sales**
- Monitoring and steering performance for a set of countries,
- Ensuring Country ecommerce budget/forecast aligned between group and country.
- Ensuring Country targets are achieved/beat, through effective monitoring & Ecommerce Actions.
- Acting as a hub between their Countries of responsibility and the Ecom & D2B team.
- Lead weekly ecommerce business calls with countries and ensure that the trend is aligned with the targets, identifying any risk or opportunities and defining Action Plans to mitigate/leverage on those.
- Organise regular e-commerce Country Manager Meetings to share best practices and Ecommerce group strategy.
- ** Lead transversal initiatives to grow direct channels Revenue & Profit**:

- Propose digital solutions and improved sales approach to increase D2B Revenue & share
- Identify and roll out Best Practice initiatives across countries & BL.
