Suite à une évolution interne, la Direction Sales & Innovation France ouvre un poste de National Business Coordinator (NBC).

L’équipe des National Business Coordinators est rattachée à l’équipe des Ventes France et travaille en collaboration avec les Key Account Managers sur la gestion de Grands Comptes (PES/MNA/Nationaux)

Le poste de National Business Coordinator occupe une place clé dans la relation client. Véritable interface entre le client externe, le KAM, les usines et l’équipe européenne.

Principales missions, responsabilités,…

Au sein de notre Direction Sales & Innovation, vous serez le/la coordinateur/trice privilégié(e) des clients, des KAM, des cartonneries, cartonnages et des équipes Pan European Sales.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Etre le support du KAM et travailler en binôme pour apporter la meilleure réponse possible au client,
  • Etre le point de contact du client et de l’équipe Européenne
  • Gérer et suivre toutes les demandes du client jusqu’à leurs remises,
  • Etre en mesure d’analyser et de remettre des prix directement aux clients
  • Gérer les Appels d’Offres
  • Mettre à jour les dossiers clients ainsi que les grilles tarifaires et bases de données

Compétences, qualités et expérience requise

  • Anglais courant
  • Etre proactif et savoir anticiper
  • Etre rigoureux, consciencieux et s’adapter facilement
  • Etre polyvalent
  • Etre curieux
  • A l’aise avec Excel et Power Point
