PIMAN Executive, cabinet de conseil leader dans le domaine du Contract Management, accompagne ses clients grands comptes sur leurs projets complexes, notamment dans les secteurs de l'énergie, du transport et des infrastructures publiques. Dans ce cadre, nous renforçons notre équipe avec un Contract Manager pour intervenir sur des projets d'envergure. Vos missions : Assurer la gestion contractuelle des marchés de construction / travaux : rédaction, suivi et analyse des contrats. Identifier et anticiper les risques contractuels, proposer des stratégies d'atténuation. Gérer les réclamations, litiges et avenants en lien avec les équipes projets. Conseiller les opérationnels dans l'interprétation des clauses contractuelles. Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des maîtres d'ouvrage et maîtrises d'oeuvre sur les aspects contractuels.Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en contract management sur des projets d'infrastructures (travaux publics, transport, énergie). Capacité à travailler en mode projet, avec de multiples interlocuteurs. Aisance rédactionnelle, sens de la négociation et esprit d'analyse.
