Descriptif du poste :
Chez StaffMe, le Customer Success Manager Staffing, est appelé “Staffing Specialist”.
En lien direct avec le Head of Enterprise Operations, notre Staffing Specialist gère les activités de staffing et de prospection sur le terrain pour nos clients Enterprise (par exemple, un magasin ou un hôtel, plutôt que le siège).
Travaillant main dans la main avec les Customer Success Managers Enterprise, il/elle apporte son expertise opérationnelle et aide à tenir nos promesses commerciales pour garantir la satisfaction client et maximiser les revenus.
Tes missions seront les suivantes :
Devenir le contact privilégié pour les sites de nos clients Enterprise après leur formation par le Customer Success Manager.
- Suivre régulièrement ton portefeuille client en identifiant les nouvelles personnes-clés chez tes clients pour leur assurer une formation transversale.
- Effectuant des démonstrations d’outils et de processus à tes clients.
- Aider tes clients à gérer le staffing lors de pics d’activité ou d’ouvertures de nouvelles régions/marques en créant des pools de candidats pour chaque site.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (CSM, Sales, etc.) pour remonter les besoins des sites aux CSM/Sales et trouver ensemble des solutions adaptées.
- Appuyer les CSM dans la rédaction des scorecards grâce à ta connaissance du terrain.
- Rendre tes clients autonomes sur les outils StaffMe, notamment pour la création de missions, la sélection des candidats et la validation des heures.
- Participer à la fidélisation des clients en assurant un taux de commande facturation conforme aux objectifs.
- Offrir un service client premium pour garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction.

- Tu es reconnu pour tes qualités de communication, ce qui t’aidera à collabores en interne avec l’équipe Sales Enterprise et les CSM et à développer une relation de confiance avec tes clients.
- Tu es proactif et anticipes les besoins de formations sur les outils StaffMe.
- Tu es orienté résultats et es motivé par le suivi des indicateurs de performance de ton équipe et le fait de proposer des actions correctives en cas d’écarts.
