  • Refonte et animation Google Alpha Program:
  • Gouvernance dfinition
  • Process dfinition
  • Cration des ressources (Google sites sheets followup one pager)
  • Dfinition RACI avec le supplier CSS
  • Lancement et animation du programme (quarterly events chats )

  • Animation communaut (Google Workspace:
  • Synchro avec le supplier CSS
  • Dfinition de ligne ditoriale
  • Gestion dun Google Space

  • Project Management (Google Drive Data Leak Prevention & autres au besoin)/Waterfall:
  • Documentation dun projet avant passage en board
  • Prsentation de projet aux quipes techniques & supplier
  • Cadrage statement of work supplier
  • Etude et mise jour des projections budgtaires
  • Allocation de ressources projet & timesheet
  • Dfinition roadmap project
  • Gestion de la delivery supplier & animation des quipes
  • Mise jour des rfrentiels (projet budget risques ressources reporting)
  • Dfinition dun template de suivi de projet
  • Cration dune vue de synthse des projets de lquipe (alerte delivery & vue financire)

  • Support dashboard:
  • Dfinition de besoin
  • Suivi des besoins auprs du supplier en charge de limplmentation
  • Suivi de Mise jour de la documentation du dataset auprs du supplier
  • Deep Dive Bigquery pour vrifier la faisabilit de kpi potentiels
  • Cration & directe maintenance de dashboard au besoin

  • Support incidents (cybersecurity gcp misconfiguration incident tracking):
  • Remonte et suivi des non standard requests avec le supplier
  • Deep dive avec les quipes techniques au besoin
  • Cration de knowledge article
