Dans le cadre du fort développement de son offre de Services d’Information (Business Information – BI), Coface recrute un Business Development Manager Global Account - Business Information Global Solutions. Au sein d'une équipe performante et dynamique, vous suivez et développez un portefeuille de clients et de prospects dans le cadre de la stratégie commerciale de cross-selling. Vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en identifiant et en exploitant les opportunités au sein de notre base de clients existante. Vous vous attachez principalement à comprendre les besoins uniques de chaque client et à présenter des produits ou des services qui améliorent leurs solutions existantes, maximisant ainsi la valeur qu'ils retirent de leur partenariat avec Coface.

Job Description

New Business Development:

  • Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation to new to Coface segment with the objective to expand market penetration and grow the profits;
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions, accurate pricing & quotation process;
  • Customer management - drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business;
  • Drive product / technical knowledge for commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy;
  • Organizing pricing sheets, signed contract documents, customer details to back office for seamless new business set up;
  • Complete end-to-end new business process of customer and activate the account

Communication:

  • Establish and maintain communication links with other internal departments to identify all sales opportunities;
  • Work closely with the local Commercial teams to achieve the highest efficiency of the sales process by following group offering procedures, well-tailored offers and cost control.

Qualifications

    • Sales/operations experience ideally within information sales, credit
    • 3/5 + years of experience, experience in business information is a plus , insurance, fintech, marketplaces/ data organization;
    • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or equivalent;
    • Solid understanding of business, financial, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned;
    • Proficiency (written and spoken) in English;
    • Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel.
