Petra Funds Group is seeking an Investor Services Analyst to manage client and investor requests with keen attention to detail. You will oversee investor communications, posting documents to the investor portal, and maintaining CRM data (Salesforce) and the investor portal (eFront).
With at least two years in Private Equity or investment banking, you will support capital calls, distributions, onboarding of new investors, and process improvements using AI and automation tools.
