MSAT Director | France | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation seeking an experienced MSAT Director to lead and develop its Manufacturing Science & Technology function.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for technology transfer, industrialisation, process optimisation and manufacturing performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the MSAT / Manufacturing Technology team
- Drive technology transfer, scale-up and industrialisation
- Support process validation, PPQ, CPV and lifecycle management
- Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting and CAPA
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D and customers
- Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence across the site
We're looking for:
- Strong pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Background in MSAT, Manufacturing Technology, Technical Operations, Process Development or Industrialisation
- Proven technical and people leadership experience
- Strong GMP and technology transfer experience
- Sterile, aseptic, injectable or biologics experience is highly desirable
- Fluent French and English
