Your Impact

As Talent Acquisition Partner France, you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, specialized, and leadership positions.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and key business stakeholders.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, talent insights, and robust candidate assessment.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to support future business needs.
• Contribute to talent acquisition excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and employer branding projects.
• Support international mobility and offer management processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

You bring significant experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Recruitment Consulting within a fast-paced and international environment.
