L'Oréal in France seeks a data and learning analytics professional to translate HR and learning data into strategic insights. You will partner with Corporate HR, Zone Data Leads, and L'Oréal University to elevate data quality and guide evidence-based decisions.
You'll build Power BI dashboards, govern data standards, and coach interns while collaborating across global teams. Fluent English is required, and you'll influence talent development through data-driven storytelling.
