About Orus

Launched in 2021, Orus is one of Europe’s fastest-growing insurtechs. Our mission is simple: make professional insurance radically easier for small businesses.

Today, professional insurance is still complex, opaque and inefficient. At Orus, we make it simple, fast, transparent and human.

We have raised over €41M, including a €25M Series B, and are backed by leading European entrepreneurs, insurance executives and top-tier funds including Partech, Notion Capital and Singular.

We’re now a team of around 160 people, serving more than 80,000 customers and building our European presence across France, Spain and the Netherlands.

And we’re just getting started.

The opportunity

As Head of Partnerships, you will be part of Orus’s Leadership team.

You will own an acquisition channel that accounts for more than 30% of the revenue generated by Orus’s France Direct activity. Our partners (neobanks, banks, legaltech and accounting platforms) put Orus in front of hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs at the exact moment they need insurance.

This is a pivotal moment for the channel and we can go much further with our partners (tailored deals, partner‑specific products, seamless integrations) and open new categories of partners in France and in Europe.

Your goals will be to:

  • Fuel Orus’s growth by delivering high-quality lead generation to the France Sales team

  • Relaunch the new-partner pipeline and close the next generation of growth drivers

  • Win RFPs with key strategic ecosystem players (banks, neobanks, platforms)

    • Monitor results, coach individuals and run regular feedback sessions

    • Help the team balance new business development and partner delivery

    • Identify hiring needs and recruit future Account Managers & Partnership Managers

    • Run the full sales cycle, from outbound to closing to account management

    • Lead RFP and tender responses with large players (e.g. traditional banks)

    • Build partner-specific business cases (opt-in, conversion, revenue potential) to convince internally and externally

    • Explore new partner categories (platforms, marketplaces, international players) and support Orus’s European expansion

  4. Grow and secure existing partnerships
    • Be the go-to person for strategic partners’ teams

    • Activate partners’ customer bases through co-marketing campaigns (e.g. mass mailings, in-app placements, content) across our product range: RC Pro, MRP, RC Décennale, health insurance (Mutuelle)

    • Run regular business reviews and partner reporting; anticipate risks and contract weaknesses

  5. Internal collaboration

    • Coordinate with the Brand team on partnership communication
