Are you an experienced Transaction Services professional looking for your next challenge in Paris?
We’re working with a leading professional services firm looking to strengthen its Transaction Services team at Manager / Senior Manager level. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team with ambitious growth plans, take ownership of complex financial due diligence engagements and contribute to the development of the wider business.
The team is open to international candidates, so if you’re currently based abroad and considering a move to Paris, we’d love to hear from you.

The role:
- Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Analyse financial performance, quality of earnings, working capital and net debt
- Manage client relationships and work closely with senior stakeholders throughout the transaction process
- Support and develop junior team members, helping to maintain high-quality delivery
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Transaction Services practice
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence, ideally gained within a Big 4 or leading professional services firm
- Experience managing engagements and coordinating project teams
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- French language skills are an advantage, but not necessarily essential. Candidates must be willing to learn French where needed
- A proactive, collaborative approach and an interest in building a long-term career in Paris
