Working Pattern: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote
We are supporting a major data centre development in South Paris and are seeking an experienced Design Manager to oversee the delivery of a customer fit-out package within a larger project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the design management activities for the customer fit-out package.
- Manage design deliverables, technical reviews, approvals, and design change processes.
- Ensure design solutions align with programme, budget, quality, and operational requirements.
- Support coordination between fit-out works and the wider base-build project team.
- Identify design risks and proactively drive resolution.
- Monitor design progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Facilitate technical workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Provide clear communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
