Sephora, part of the LVMH group, seeks a Director of Retail & Omnichannel Technology to lead technology strategy and delivery across retail, omnichannel, and digital platforms in the Middle East region. You will partner with product and business teams to translate priorities into scalable solutions and governance.
The role requires 15+ years in retail tech leadership, strong SAP/POS/OMS experience, and exceptional stakeholder management. English is essential; Arabic or French is a plus.
