WeWard is hiring its first VP Customer Ops to own the relationship with 30M+ users and be their voice inside the company. You’ll lead three verticals—Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Wards & Anti‑fraud Operations—with an AI‑driven, scalable approach and a direct line to the founding team.
The role is hands‑on and strategic, reporting to the co‑founder, and aims to turn user feedback into concrete product and process improvements that drive retention and trust.
