We believe in a global optimization of the user experience. We put the user at the center in order to better adapt to their needs and journeys.
We support our clients in understanding customer journeys and implementing optimized, personalized and consistent experiences across their different touchpoints (websites, app, email, sms, notifications, physical stores).
More than ever, users expect new interactions with new digital personalization tools, and we are here to turn their expectations into reality.
Since 2022, many brands (over 50) from all industries have trusted us: Séphora, Air Caraïbes, Les Mousquetaires, Salomon, Aroma-Zone, Tag Heuer, A.P.C, Engie, Le Coq Sportif, Domitys, Fursac, Shiseido and many others...
Our ambition? To become the leading CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) agency in France
We are looking for a passionate and talented senior CX/UX consultant
The goal is to work at one of our clients, a leader in the luxury / jewelry sector.
By joining Welyft, you will work within a dynamic team, in collaboration with our data and activation experts.
Your role will be:
1 - Lead the design of engaging and high-performing user experiences:
- Define and optimize user journeys in close collaboration with analyses from consultants in other departments and/or the team.
- Design modern, clean and user-centered interfaces, whether for websites or mobile apps aimed at the general public, or for business tools and interfaces used internally by our clients, all while respecting the Maison's brand guidelines and in consultation with a large number of stakeholders to align.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes on Figma, leading the ideation, design and validation phases with internal and client stakeholders.
- Support the Maison's partner agency on the UI side in order to guide them during the design execution.
- Write the design specification document to structure the functioning of the interface or web page. This involves explaining its various interactions, as well as writing business-side guidelines.
2 - Create and facilitate co-design workshops:
- Organize and facilitate UX workshops (co-design, prioritization, card sorting, user journeys, sitemaps…) with internal teams and clients.
- Adopt a facilitator posture to bring out a shared vision among the different stakeholders (marketing, product, tech…).
- Adapt workshop formats to each project context (scoping, MVP, redesign, continuous optimization…).
3 - Conducting user tests:
- Participate in test scoping by defining objectives, hypotheses to validate, and user profiles to recruit.
- Design appropriate protocols and have them validated by project stakeholders.
- Implement tests, whether moderated or unmoderated, using tools such as UserTesting.
- Conduct or oversee interviews, then analyze user feedback to identify friction points and improvement levers.
- Formalize and present findings as clear, concrete, and directly actionable recommendations.
4 - Working cross-functionally with CRO, product, and tech teams:
- Co-build UX solutions with internal teams (consultants, developers, project managers, product management) in a spirit of continuous collaboration.
- Contribute to the team's overall vision and strengthen synergy between the different areas of expertise, notably by proposing A/B tests and fully integrating accessibility, SEO, and web performance considerations into interface design.
- Foster smooth communication between business and technical teams, acting as a mediator on user-related issues.
- Ensure the functional and visual consistency of interfaces across all channels and media.
5 - Acting as a UX reference within the team:
- Drive UX/UI watch: trends, tools, frameworks, sector benchmarks.
- Ensure adherence to UX standards (Baymard, Norman Nielsen, accessibility guidelines…).
- Challenge and evolve the team's design methodologies and UX deliverables.
- Champion a global, performance-oriented UX vision, aligned with clients' business objectives.
