Pelagon seeks a founding senior sales leader to own deals from first meeting to signed contract with navies, port authorities and critical infrastructure operators. You will shape the sales strategy to sell maritime interdiction, convert pilots into multi-year protection contracts, and open priority markets in the Baltic, Nordics, Black Sea, Gulf and Southeast Asia.
