Tent France, operating from its Paris office, is seeking a dynamic leader to head the country. The Country Director will set strategy, build and manage a high-performing team, and drive refugee hiring and coalition-building with member companies, NGOs, and government partners.
We value extensive private-sector experience, strategic leadership, and a proven track record in fundraising and external communications. Travel within France and internationally may be required as needed.
