Global Program Manager – Photonics Industrialization & NPISemiconductor | Silicon Photonics | Scale-up

Scintil Photonics is scaling the industrial deployment of its silicon photonics technology and is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead execution of our most strategic development and industrialization programs. Reporting directly to the COO, this role will drive cross-functional coordination across R&D, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Packaging, Quality, and Operations, ensuring predictable execution as we deploy a company-wide stage-gate development framework. This position sits at the heart of our transition from technology development to scalable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PIC industrialization and process qualification
  • Reliability campaigns (HTOL and lifetime testing)
  • Yield ramp-up and Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives
  • Cost reduction and manufacturing scalability programs
  • New process block development
  • Advanced PIC packaging industrialization

The Global Program Manager will establish program structure, ensure milestone delivery, manage risk, and align engineering execution with industrial and business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8–15 years experience in semiconductor, Photonics, or advanced hardware development
  • Proven experience in NPI, industrialization, or yield ramp programs
  • Exposure to wafer fabrication, wafer-level testing, packaging, or reliability qualification
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional engineering programs
  • Familiarity with DFM, yield learning cycles, and manufacturing scale-up
  • Ability to bring structure and execution discipline in a fast-moving scale-up environment

Why This Role Matters

This role will directly contribute to bringing Scintil Photonics’ technology from R&D to industrial scale, enabling predictable product qualification, yield ramp, and cost optimization. The Global Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring that technology excellence translates into scalable manufacturing success.
