Location: Paris, France

Lead and develop the SAP Centre of Excellence, establishing best practices, standards, and governance frameworks
Define and execute the SAP strategy and roadmap in alignment with global business objectives
Oversee SAP operations, application support, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA adoption, where applicable
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and global delivery teams to maximise SAP value
Ensure consistency across SAP processes, solutions, and delivery models across multiple geographiesManage relationships with implementation partners, system integrator, and external vendors
Monitor service performance, KPIs, risks, and budgets to ensure high-quality delivery
Promote innovation, automation, and the adoption of SAP best practices across the organisation

Proven experience in SAP leadership, ideally managing or establishing an SAP CoE
Strong knowledge of SAP landscapes, governance, operating models, and enterprise applications
Experience leading SAP programmes, global teams, and complex stakeholder environments
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA transformation and modern SAP technologies
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
Professional fluency in English; French language skills are an advantage
