What you'll do

As part of our project delivery team, you will:

  • Support the Project Lead in managing the design and construction phases of multi-site design and fit-out projects
  • Coordinate project activities through design, procurement and construction stages
  • Work closely with client, customer, property, FM and security stakeholders
  • Lead the coordination of customer fit-out designs against project requirements, design guides and site constraints
  • Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments to agreed objectives and deadlines
  • Take a proactive role in setting priorities and driving project performance
  • Maintain effective communication between stakeholders to support successful project delivery
  • Assist with commercial and financial project management activities
  • Monitor project risks, issues and programme requirements
  • Ensure all project outputs are delivered accurately and on time
  • Provide project and cost management support to team and service leaders
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
  • Represent Currie & Brown professionally at meetings, workshops and project reviews

What we're looking for

We're interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate:

  • Project delivery experience within the construction or built environment sector
  • Experience managing or supporting design, fit-out, refurbishment or construction projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good technical writing and reporting capability
  • A proactive and organised approach to project delivery
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of project controls and financial management
  • The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • Experience of fit-out projects
  • Risk management knowledge or practical experience
  • Experience within education sector projects
  • Knowledge of stakeholder-rich environments and operational facilities
  • Experience working across multiple project locations
