- Accounting Security for Retirees (AMOA)Context As part of its business production monitoring activities, the department needs to secure its accounting operations on the Retirees business, and for this purpose is looking for a Project Manager in AMOA to define, monitor developments, validate, deploy and implement the associated IT procedures.
PROFILE & SKILLS To ensure the successful completion of the mission, the following skills, competencies and technical know-how are required.
Functional
Skills:
Payment, Accounts Payable – Accounting Knowledge (Essential) – – – Knowledge of payment/disbursement management processes (Preferred) Knowledge of the supplementary pension context (Preferred). Knowledge of accounting tools (e.g., Isie).
Methodological Skills, IT Project Manager – Proven experience in IT project management, with an accounting focus – – – – Proficiency in office and collaborative tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Ability to report concisely and clearly. Ability to structure, prioritize, and formalize processes. Risk managementSkills and Qualities: Interpersonal Skills – Excellent written and oral communication (summarizing, simplifying). – Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams. Diplomacy and stakeholder management. Customer service orientation and focus on internal clients.
Analytical Skills and Qualities – Analysis of data and indicators to anticipate risks. – Ability to produce strategic recommendations. Critical thinking and rigor in validating deliverables. Behavioral Skills and Qualities – Proactivity and autonomy. – Adaptability in a complex environment. Stress and priority management. Confidentiality and ethical conduct.
