JOB PURPOSE

PAY RANGE

59600,00 - 74500,00 - 89400,00 EUR Annual

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Principales missions :

  • Supervision de la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire
  • Pilotage des clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles
  • Garantie de la fiabilité des comptes et du respect des normes
  • Revue et validation des écritures complexes

Fiscalité & conformité :

  • Supervision des déclarations fiscales (TVA, IS, etc.)
  • Veille réglementaire et sécurisation des pratiques
  • Coordination avec les CAC et partenaires externes

Management & organisation :

  • Encadrement de l’équipe comptable
  • Organisation et optimisation des processus
  • Accompagnement et montée en compétences des équipes

Pilotage & amélioration continue :

  • Amélioration des outils et du reporting
  • Renforcement du contrôle interne
  • Interface étroite avec le contrôle de gestion

Rémunération :

environ 59k€ brut annuel, à définir selon le profil et l’expérience du candidat

Profil recherché :

Compétences techniques :

  • Solide maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et de la fiscalité
  • Expérience confirmée en clôtures et en environnement structuré
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils/SAP

Expérience :

  • 8–10 ans d’expérience minimum
  • Expérience managériale réussie
  • Environnement groupe apprécié
