BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT& PROJECT MANAGER (M/F)

Location: Projects in France and internationally

Start date: As soon as possible

Manage and develop projects from the initial assessment of client requirements through to the completion and handover of the work.

Experience: Proven experience in business or project management, ideally in an industrial environment.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Development & Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, pricing and managing projects, from the initial assessment of client requirements through to the completion and handover of the work.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Analyse technical requirements and prepare commercial proposals and cost estimates
• Negotiate the technical and financial terms of projects
• Manage projects in coordination with Construction Project Managers and Site Managers
• Monitor profit margins, budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and contractual obligations
• Manage client relationships, progress meetings and reporting
• Identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement

Your profile

• Technical and/or commercial qualification in construction, industrial works, civil engineering or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in business development and project management, ideally in an industrial environment
• Strong skills in cost estimation, negotiation and financial management
• Good understanding of on-site operations and HSE requirements
• Customer-focused mindset and strong business development skills
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate teams
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally is essential
• Valid Category B driving licence required
• Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage
