The Senior Living Residence Director supervises all residence operations and coordinates between internal teams, residents’ families, and external partners. Their key missions include:
- Operational and organizational management: Oversee the day-to‑day operations of the residence (accommodation, catering, healthcare, activities, maintenance) and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Team management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff (caregivers, activity coordinators, hospitality and administrative teams), foster a positive work environment, and drive team performance.
