* By Roberte OkoyaContext: For the organization and securing of changes in production, implementation of application and technical solutions in production according to an ITIL framework. Project management for deployment and coordination of production implementation.
Responsibilities:
– Support for application and/or technical projects for implementing the solution in production (contribution to the technical architecture, formalization of norms and standards, – Facilitation of technical workshops) – Change management in production, solution operability, deployment security, compliance with production requirements. – Development and monitoring of action plans – Scheduling and coordination of actions. Knowledge of processes and projects requiring mediation will be an asset.
