CarOnSale is seeking a strategic Head of Sales for France to own targets from the Paris–Strasbourg region and scale nationwide. You will build the sales muscle by personally engaging dealers, onboarding initial customers, and guiding them through first sales on our platform.
You will recruit and lead a team of up to six reps, align with Berlin teams (Product, Operations, Marketing), and implement Salesforce-driven onboarding and KPI-driven processes.
