Position and profile
Today we are looking for New Talents to join our team in Paris and in Lyon.
- You have a good experience in Executive Search and you want to join an entrepreneurial firm, or
- You are a business developer with a strong experience in Leadership Roles and you are attracted to the Executive Search,
You want to work in an international context with multi-cultural sensitivities.
You are fluent in English & French.
You want to have the main following responsibilities:
- Develop a client portfolio for the international practices you are a member of
- Create and pursue an extensive network and executive contacts ideally with strategic and board levels
- Lead the preparation and presentation of pitches to all potential clients
- Manage the Executive search process with your Client, our internal Senior Research Associates and the Candidates.
- Assess and deliver high quality candidates with a cultural fit
- Facilitate the final process with the candidate and the company’s offer
