Experience:
6+ years Job Titles/Functions: Research & Development, Developer Technological Specialties: Reporting, DevsecOps, Generative AIMISSIONS Mission Objectives – Industrialize an existing generative AI solution. – Design and develop AI agents integrated with business tools. – Guarantee performance, security, compliance, and cost control. – Expand use cases (new user journeys, new data sources).
Key Responsibilities
(Summary) AI & Architecture: – Design and implement generative AI architectures. – Develop and evolve AI agents (copilots, business assistants). – Work on LLM/RAG/prompt engineering/agent orchestration challenges.
Desired Expertise and Essential Technical Skills – Proven experience in generative AI/AI agents. – Mastery of concepts such as LLM, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and tool calling. – Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel or equivalent). – Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem: – Copilot Studio, AI Foundry/Fabric, – API Management, – Power Platform, Dataverse, – Azure Functions. – Development: Python (essential), C#, and JavaScript. – Understanding of DevSecOps practices, monitoring, and observability.
