About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead international channel sales for our mobile intelligent robot products in the golf sector, including golf ball-picking robots and related autonomous equipment. You will build and manage a network of agents and distributors, shape regional sales strategy, and take customers from first inquiry to delivery. This is a remote role for a well-connected golf industry professional who already has relationships with golf brands, courses, and management companies.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain channel partners (agents and distributors) across Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, and drive them to deliver localized sales.
- Research the market for mobile intelligent robots in golf, covering product features, competitors, and market conditions. Analyze the data and build sales strategies that achieve targets.
- Master the core technical parameters and application scenarios of our robots and communicate their value clearly to customers.
- Work with the technical team on customized customer needs, including technical Q&A, sample requests, and testing support, to drive order conversion.
- Manage the full customer process from inquiry to close: contract negotiation and signing, production scheduling, quality inspection, logistics, and customs clearance. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery.
- Collect customer feedback, track market dynamics, and regularly produce market analysis reports that inform product optimization and sales strategy.
- Represent the company at major overseas trade shows and industry conferences (such as PGA Show and BTME) to identify business opportunities and partnership prospects.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience in overseas channel sales or key account sales experience, with full knowledge of the overseas sales process.
- French and fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as a working language.
- Existing links in the golf industry and with golf companies.
- Either extensive product experience in intelligent machinery equipment, or experience in the golf equipment industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and respond quickly and accurately.
- Experience with overseas trade shows and international business travel; a driver's license and willingness to travel internationally.
- Permanent residency, green card, or long-term visa for the country of residence.
- Strong resilience, ability to work under pressure, a team-oriented mindset, ambition, and a drive to succeed.
- A responsible, lively personality with strong learning ability and the ability to drive goals to completion.
Preferred backgrounds (any of the following)
- Golf equipment brand channel sales experience (e.g., Toro, John Deere Golf, Jacobsen, Club Car).
- Turf maintenance or course management equipment sales.
- Overseas sales of robots or intelligent equipment, especially autonomous mobile robots, smart lawn mowers, snow blowers, or agricultural machinery.
- Operations or procurement experience at a golf course management company (e.g., Troon Golf).
- Familiarity with golf ball-picking robots or similar products, and a solid understanding of golf.
- Frequent attendance at golf industry trade shows (PGA Show, BTME), with a track record of signing contracts there.
Compensation
- Fixed annual salary
- Commission and allowances to be discussed separately.
