- Set-up and manage the hotel contracting operation in France.
- Actively contract hotels: cold calls and visits, follow-up leads, assist hotelier in website upload process.
- Coordinate production and training with our global headquarters in Barcelona.
- Analyze trends, growth potential, product gaps in the hotel industry in France. Design action plan for hotel contracting accordingly.
- Manage the P&L for the French operations. Show high positive ROI of accommodation recruited over time.
- Deal with logistics of our French operations - office lease, lawyer, taxation, administration, etc.
- This position requires travelling (up to 1 week per month).

- Big picture, strategic thinker. Passionate about the online hotel industry.
- MBA or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years commercial experience in the online travel industry, preferablywith an OTA.
- 2+ years in a Sales Management position.
- Experience with hiring, training, managing teams.
- Result & customer oriented
- Organized, paying attention to all small details
