AlixPartners is seeking a PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA to lead the executive recruiting team across Europe, focusing on Partner and Partner & Managing Director candidates. You will set the strategy, mentor the team, and manage multiple searches with senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
The role is based in London, Munich, Dusseldorf, or Berlin within a hybrid work model, with occasional travel and relocation not available.
