Shine, the financial copilot for entrepreneurs, is growing its Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Manager you will guide users toward the right plans, drive product adoption, and secure long-term loyalty through proactive churn prevention.
You will engage via phone, email, and chat, document activities in the CRM, and work toward revenue targets with a high-volume, customer-facing workflow. Fluent French and English are expected.
