Mistral is seeking a leader to own the end-to-end physical security framework for our France HQ, shaping strategy, protecting employees and assets, and aligning with European regulations.
You will manage access control, surveillance, crisis response, and liaise with authorities (Police, Gendarmerie, CNIL, ANSSI) while driving a budget of €1M–€3M/year toward a scalable, compliant security model for expansion across Europe.
