Responsibilities
- Lead orchestrator of HVAC projects, manage assignments from start to finish.
- Design & studies.
- Requirements analysis and specifications.
- Sizing of systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
- Technical selections focused on energy performance.
- Purchasing & partners.
- Supplier consultation and negotiation.
- Cost and schedule optimization.
- Development of a reliable network of partners.
- Project management.
- Full site management (scheduling, budget, teams).
- Internal coordination & subcontractors.
- Follow-up through handover and resolution of defects.
- Compliance with standards and regulations (RE2020, DTU…).
- Implementation of QHSE requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree (2–5 years higher education) in HVAC engineering / energy.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (plant rooms, heat pumps, air handling, etc.).
- Hydraulic and aerodynamic/system sizing.
- Experience in procurement / supplier management.
