Project Overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Program Director for a major French client to structure and lead a cross-functional IT modernisation programme.
The successful candidate will oversee a broad transformation initiative involving multiple areas of information systems, ensuring effective coordination, delivery, and stakeholder management across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and lead a cross-functional IT modernisation programme.
- Coordinate stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams across different technology domains.
- Oversee transformation initiatives spanning infrastructure, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, operations, software development, networking, and hosting.
- Manage project priorities, risks, timelines, and delivery under high-pressure conditions.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Required Experience and Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience in project management or programme leadership.
- Mandatory experience in both the Media and Public Sector industries.
- Broad knowledge of information systems and enterprise IT environments.
- Strong expertise in project and programme management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage complex situations and deliver under pressure.
- Full professional proficiency in French (C2), both written and spoken.
Technical Skills
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Advanced
- Project Management: Expert
- AWS: Intermediate
- APIs: Intermediate
- CI/CD: Intermediate
Working Arrangements
The role requires a minimum of 50% on-site presence at the client's premises in Paris. Additional on-site attendance may be required depending on project needs.
