About Voyage Privé

Founded in France in 2006, Voyage Privé has grown from an ambitious startup into Europe’s leading travel tech platform. Operating across 9 markets with tens of millions of users, we are not just another e-commerce success story – we are a tech powerhouse redefining online luxury travel.

Our culture is mission-driven, blending performance with impact. Our innovative campus brings together tech talent, professional athletes, students, and artists, fostering an ecosystem where digital innovation fuels business growth and meaningful change.

We are now entering a new phase, upgrading our technical foundation with cloud architecture, AI, and real‑time systems to become a top‑of‑mind platform for luxury travelers and a trusted high‑performance partner for providers.

Your Mission

As a Head of Marketing Partnerships at Voyage Privé, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the Media Sales team and drive the growth of our partner‑funded marketing business.

The foundations are already in place: an established partner portfolio, a growing team and strong expertise in working with tourism partners. Your role will be to expand this business internationally, open new partnership categories and build the foundations of an in‑house media sales and marketing agency.

You will combine commercial ownership, marketing expertise and team leadership to create high‑impact partnerships and campaigns for tourism boards, travel companies and wider brand partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Grow Voyage Privé’s partner‑funded marketing business: define the commercial strategy, develop the pipeline, win new partners and grow existing accounts
  • Expand the partner portfolio internationally: develop opportunities across France, Italy, Germany and the UK, while opening new categories beyond tourism, including travel, airlines, hotels, loyalty and wider consumer brands
  • Lead the full partnership cycle: manage prospecting, senior partner relationships, proposals, negotiations, contracts, renewals, campaign delivery and commercial follow‑up
  • Build the in‑house media sales agency: create partner offers, campaign packages and pricing that combine Voyage Privé’s audiences, media assets and marketing expertise
  • Develop and deliver joint marketing campaigns: work with the wider Marketing organisation to activate full‑funnel campaigns across digital, social, video, TV, out‑of‑home and promotional channels
  • Develop advisory and activation services: create new opportunities to support partners with marketing strategy, media planning, campaign execution and brand activation
  • Lead and develop the team: set objectives, create structure, coach team members and represent the Media Sales function across Voyage Privé and with external partners

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially minded builder who enjoys creating growth in an entrepreneurial and international environment.

Your profile:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing partnerships, business development, commercial marketing, media sales, co‑marketing or a related field
  • A proven track record of owning partnerships commercially: you have managed prospecting, senior stakeholder relationships, negotiations, deal closing, renewals and revenue targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills: you can understand partner objectives and turn them into compelling proposals, packages and commercial opportunities
  • A solid understanding of marketing and media: you are comfortable with brand and digital marketing, full‑funnel campaigns and performance KPIs
  • Experience leading or developing a team: you are able to set direction, create structure and remain hands‑on in a small, evolving organisation
  • Strong senior stakeholder and communication skills: you can build credibility with brands, tourism boards, agencies and international partners. Fluent professional English is essential; French is a strong advantage
  • A builder’s mindset: you are autonomous, commercially driven and comfortable developing new markets, offers and processes in an environment where the model is still evolving

Experience in travel, tourism, destination marketing, media, loyalty, fintech, banking, insurance or digital platforms would be particularly relevant.
