We are expanding our teams in the Navigation sector to contribute to theEmergency Alerting System (ERAS) and Return Link Service Provider (RLSP)projects.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
ERASis a platform that allows the generation and broadcast of alert messages to thepopulation and RLSP is a global servicewhichenhances the search and rescue capabilities of distress beacons, all through the Galileo SIS.
In our team, you will work as Software and Platform Engineer in Toulouse ensuring the development, deployment and maintenance of navigation systems and platformsin one of the world's most advanced ground segments.You could be part of a dynamic, international environment, contributing to projects that span continents and support services used by millions worldwide.
Themain objective of this position with both the ERAS and RLSP projects is to support the development, integration, development, validation and continuous improvement of the systems and platforms.
You will work across software and infrastructure activities, includingKubernetes deployments and/or containerisedservices, configuration and troubleshooting, automation,monitoring, log and metric analysis, incident investigation, and performanceand security improvements.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for a software engineer with background in Linux based environments, as well as knowledge in :
- C++ and Python
- Deploymentand configuration tools such as Helm, Argo CD, or equivalent technologies
- Versioncontrol systems, particularly Git
- Monitoring,logging, and observability principles, preferably using tools such asPrometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch or equivalent technologies
- Relationaldatabases, preferably PostgreSQL
We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in :
- Previousexperience with Apache Kafka or other message-broker platforms
- Knowledgeof cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Familiaritywith cybersecurity standards, secure-by-design principles, andvulnerability-management practices
