Aether Financial Services is seeking a Legal Counsel (2 to 5 years of experience) to join its Paris-based in-house legal team. You will support developing and executing financial transactions, review and draft financing and security documents, and liaise with banks, law firms, investors and internal teams.
You will manage corporate matters and participate in cross-functional projects, with strong English writing and French skills essential.
