Job Description

Within the platform Private Assets, theInvestor Relations & RFP actively contributes to the development and structuring of our activity. You act as the privileged interlocutor between investment teams, support functions and a wide range of institutional investors.

The main objective of your role is to support the growth of the Private Assets platform by strengthening the visibility and attractiveness of its real asset expertise for institutional investors and key market influencers. You contribute to the production of institutional-quality content, the development of high-value-added analyses and the conduct of investor interactions in support of capital raising activities with a diversified international clientele.

As an experienced professional, your responsibilities revolve around the following areas:

Strategic positioning & investor relations:

Act as a senior partner of the Investor Relations function for Private Assets strategies and contribute to their positioning with institutional investors.

Translate investment strategies, portfolio construction processes, impact approaches, risk management frameworks and operational models into clear, structured messages tailored to the requirements of institutional investors.

Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of fund strategies, investment processes, portfolios, impact frameworks, risk management approaches and performance drivers.

Content Production & Bid Responses:

Manage the preparation of fundraising documents, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), responses to calls for tenders (RFP), and all materials intended for investors as part of the activities of « training capital ' and customer relationship monitoring.

Prepare and coordinate exchanges with investors, particularly on technical aspects (development of Q&A materials, structuring key messages, coordination of internal experts, and ensuring overall consistency in communications).

Contribute to the development of relationships with institutional investors, consultants, distribution partners and other key market players, by supporting the positioning of Private Assets expertise within a complex global collection and distribution ecosystem.

Contribute to the continuous process improvement, quality control and operational efficiency of the Investor Relations function.
