Context Seniority: More than 9 years The Program Director & PMO structures, secures and manages the execution of the current project portfolio and the Vision Securities program.
MISSIONS Without direct hierarchical management, he/she acts as conductor:
• Within the framework of the Current IT Plan management, taking charge of the coordination bodies within the company;
• Within the framework of the Securities Program, participating in the design of the program's governance and preparing key decision-making bodies for the Executive Committee and other IT bodies. 1. Management of the PIA Project Portfolio
• Prepare the bodies – Request Review Committee and IT Investment Committee – and produce/consolidate presentation materials (governance decks) prior to meetings;
• Draft official minutes, record decisions, and rigorously monitor the resulting action plan in Confluence;
• Ensure reporting to various IT stakeholders;
• Alert the IT Department to deviations and propose corrective actions;
• Ensure functional coordination and collaboration with IT Department project managers and teams;
• To support, guide and develop the skills of project managers on the standards of the TEMPO method;
• To ensure the link and communication between the different project managers and the business.2. Securities Program Management
• Prepare meetings and produce/consolidate presentation materials prior to IT and Business Steering Committees;
• Draft official minutes, record decisions, and rigorously monitor the resulting action plan;
• Alert sponsors to deviations and propose clear arbitration scenarios;
• Develop the Master Plan (global Gantt chart) and monitor inter-project key milestones;
• Manage the workload plan;
• Monitor CAPEX/OPEX budget expenditure;
• Analyze variances with Earned Value Management;
• Create and provide standard templates for progress tracking and risk management.
Technical skills
• Perfect mastery of the V-cycle and associated certifications: PMP/PMI or Prince2;
• Excellent written and oral synthesis skills for a management audience (C-Level);
• Advanced mastery of MS Project, Planview, Clarity or equivalents;
• Proficiency in the office suite: PowerPoint and Excel.
Personal qualities
• Influential leadership: ability to unite, engage and move teams forward without any hierarchical relationship;
• Diplomacy and listening: ability to challenge project managers while maintaining a relationship of trust and collaboration;
• Rigor and organization: ability to enforce strict reporting deadlines.
